Our paper "Threshold current of field-free perpendicular magnetization switching using anomalous spin-orbit torque" has been published in Physical Review B (108, 014432) on July 27, 2023. This study derives an analytical expression for the threshold current of field-free deterministic perpendicular magnetization switching via anomalous spin-orbit torque, revealing the critical role of out-of-plane spin polarization components in reducing the switching energy.
